Terms and Conditions for Panchavati Pharmacy

By using Panchavati Pharmacy’s services, either in-store or through online purchases, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Terms

  • Panchavati Pharmacy offers a wide range of Homoeo, Ayurveda, and Siddha medicines.
  • Our products are non-returnable, and we do not offer refunds unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

2. Ordering and Payment

  • We accept payments via Debit Card, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Credit card charges will apply.
  • Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

3. Delivery and Shipping

  • We offer courier services for deliveries. Courier charges will be additional.
  • Home deliveries are available within Coimbatore city limits for a minimum fee.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.

5. Return Policy

  • All products are non-returnable. Please verify your order upon delivery to ensure it is accurate and in good condition.

6. Customer Support

  • We offer customer support from Monday to Sunday, 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM.
  • We do not provide 24/7 or emergency services.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Panchavati Pharmacy is not responsible for any misuse or adverse effects from the use of our products. Always consult a qualified practitioner before using any medicines.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Panchavati Pharmacy reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on our website.
